9th Cape Town International Jazz Festival

In April 3D Deco set out to be part of the production of one of the world's top jazz festivals. With an ambitious and dedicated crew the Cape Town International Convention Centre was transformed into a cascade of alluring shapes and colours.

The décor was chosen and placed to reflect the mood of South Africa's buoyant jazz scene. Festival goers were dazzled by illuminated webs of fabric spanning across all the entrances. There were intricate sculptures suspended from the walkways and clouds stretching across the hallways, certainly adding to an already most memorable experience.
