The company Recruiter Plus has launched the first free cloud-based online management software system for the recruitment industry in South Africa, aptly named recruiter+. It provides a turnkey functional solution encompassing marketing, sales, finance and administration.
Speaking at a Media Briefing in Johannesburg today (Thursday, 11 October) Riaan Venter, Managing Director of Recruiter Plus, said that the software has set itself apart from other similar systems by eliminating the costly need for independent service providers such as web developers, advertisers and administrative support personnel. "Recruiters will now be free to focus their energy on the fundamental objective of acquiring, nurturing and placing talent with suitably matched companies".
The company behind the development of recruiter+ is Nirph Online (Pty) Ltd, a highly skilled and experienced privately owned company located in South Africa. Nirph Online has created intelligent system solutions for the likes of Vodacom, the Imperial Group and a number of recognised international banks.
