"The first day of the conference began with a management session, and was then lit up by the speaking phenom that is Vusi Thembekwayo," says Kim Winstanley, MD of Eventworx.
The awards evening was themed around Sophiatown in the sixties, and provided the staff (who were thematically dressed to the nine's), with some great entertainment. Jazz musicians and gum boot dancers kept the crowd fully engaged before the DJ offered them the opportunity to show off their moves on the dance floor - long into the night!
The next morning brought the hangover cure of champions: white water rafting down the Vaal River, followed by a solid lunch.
"This event saw to it that the guests all left ready to push MWEB Business to new heights," adds Winstanley.
