Leigh Ogilvie wins at Loeries 2006

Leigh Ogilvie was recognised for Virgin Money "Blingola" as well as Nedbank "Children's Affinity" at the Loeries 2006 awards.
The Nedbank spot, directed for Network BBDO, won the inaugural "Everyone's Loerie". All the Loerie finalists were eligible for this award and it was up to the public to vote for their favorites - with "Children's Affinity" coming out tops.

Says Gary du Toit of Network BBDO, "Although I would love to take credit for it, it was Leigh's idea to turn the commercial into a 'stage production', with the kids putting on a little play for viewers. She felt that we had to make the children look empowered..."

Leigh is represented by Frieze Films.
