Through a clever mix of live action locations and beautifully designed 3D effects as well as seamless aerial photography, Bruno artfully created a beautiful spot which reveals Cape Town as it's never been seen before. The shoot took place over an action packed two days with two cameras and a whole lot of posters.
The animation which took over two months to complete involved developing an intelligent particle system to create realistic movement and sticking.
Referencing the extraordinary sight of starlings flocking over Gretna Green in Scotland, the animation team worked tirelessly to give the paper planes the organic feel which was integral to this emotive board.
