Vega goes Broad B®and

The current consumer-led digital economy is creating a myriad of exciting opportunities for companies to engage their consumers. In addition, the recent launch of an underwater fibre-optic cable promises to significantly reduce the cost of, and increase access to bandwidth and hence reduce the cost of digital communications initiatives. These developments in telecommunications together with the constant drive for innovation needed in today's markets have resulted in what's termed an “An Innovation Economy”.
This innovation economy has resulted in brands functioning within ubiquitous environments ultimately causing a shift in the way brands traditionally communicate with their stakeholders. Stakeholders, now not bound by time or space, require a unique approach to communications.

Brands operating within the digital landscape require an integrated approach using platforms consisting of both electronic and mobile media for brand-building purposes whilst still placing emphasis on the value proposition offered within a very competitive and innovative economy.

Staying at the cutting-edge of developments within the innovation economy, Vega has once again ensured that innovative thought leaders have the opportunity to develop their skills in the field of digital branding. A programme called Digital Branding in the Innovation Economy will be offered at Vega starting the 15th September 2009. This programme also assists practitioners to design strategically innovative executions that work and that most importantly show return on investment (ROI).
