If there's one thing guest experience agency Logic will never be accused of, it's that it couldn't organise a you-know-what in a brewery.
The agency once again proved its logistical expertise when it managed the guest logistics for the 1 650 delegates converging on Cape Town for brewing giant SAB's three-day Marketing, Sales and Distribution Conference 2012.
On top of managing 1 487 flights into the Mother City, Logic also took care of delegates' accommodation sharing options by setting up a "sharing portal" to manage rooming requests.
It handled all RSVPs and onsite electronic registration, as well as guest shuttles, all food and beverage requirements, and the arrangements for a brand experience evening that featured 11 of SAB's brands.
Logic was rated 4.57 out of 5 on all arrangements by SAB, and is now already in the planning stages for next year's event.
