BrandsRock revs the engine for Harley-Davidson Africa

When Harley-Davidson introduced two new bike models to their stable in February of 2012, BrandsRock was tasked with creating an engaging through-the-line campaign to encourage consumers to visit a nearby dealership to test ride the brand new Harley-Davidson 'Softail Slim' and Harley-Davidson'72'.
Aside from inviting new customers to experience the joy of test riding a Harley-Davidson, the campaign BrandsRock put together offers the extra incentive of winning an Authorised Harley-Davidson Wild West Tour in the USA if you book a test ride by die 30th of June 2012. Planned by bikers, for bikers, this unique trip has been tailored to allow new converts to enjoy the many facets of the full Harley-Davidson experience. Seasoned and new members of H.O.G are offered the opportunity to be entered into a draw for R10 000 worth of parts, accessories and Motorclothes should they place an order for a new Harley before the 30th of June 2012

The campaign was launched across multiple media channels simultaneously and included a variety of print ads, web banners, in-store posters and a newly improved, interactive webpage that invite biking enthusiasts to "TAKE A RIDE ON THE WILD SIDE". On the new Harley-Davidson Africa Facebook site, a direct link was created to assist users in finding their nearest dealership and provide access to a demo ride booking form straight from their profile. Online conversations are further encouraged by means of a hashtag - #HDTheJourney - that serves to pull together all related mentions of the launch and campaign on social media.

The response to this campaign so far has been great and we are proud to welcome all of our new owners and fans into the Harley-Davidson family. So, are you keen to participate? Book a ride today on our Harley-Davidson Demo Ride site.
