Integrated marketing and communications company, The Riverbed Agency (TRA) announced that it has been awarded two global PR accounts over the past month. The PR retainers are with the global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, Accenture, and leading provider of consumer products, Procter and Gamble (P&G).
Winning the accounts comes after a lengthy and competitive pitch process. Monalisa Zwambila, the Managing Director of TRA said: "the acquirement of these accounts is in line with our strategy which seeks to grow market share and build a best of breed, black owned agency. We have won five new PR accounts this year alone and believe we are ideally positioned to grow the business by delivering value and differentiation to our clients."
TRA PR will offer corporate communication services that are aligned to, and in support of global imperatives focusing on P&G's sponsorship of the Olympic games, while building Accenture's reputation in the market.

Accenture has more than 223,000 people serving clients in more than 120 countries including South Africa while P&G brands are available in more than 180 countries worldwide. Pampers, Always, Pringles, Gillette, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Bran, Olay, Oral-B, are among P&G brands that are available locally.
TRA's strategic accounts include Microsoft, Telkom, Pro Sano, SacOil, Tasima, among others.
