On Tuesday 2nd February, World Wide Creative and The Heavy Chef Project will be presenting a Heavy Chef event entitled “A Taste of The Future: Digital Marketing Trends in 2010” in Johannesburg. The Heavy Chef Sessions are free events focusing on digital marketing.
“In the Session, we'll be taking a look into the crystal ball of digital marketing and explore what lies ahead. We've got two not-to-be-missed speakers who'll be looking at what's cooking in 2010,” says Fred Roed, CEO of World Wide Creative. “First up is one of our very own chefs, Louis Janse van Rensburg, Manager of World Wide Creative Johannesburg, who'll be kicking things off by providing an overview of what we as marketers can expect regarding changing consumer habits online.”
Louis will focus on trends for how SA consumers will be using the Internet (online and mobile) in 2010 and referring to different age demographics, adoption curves etc.
Next up, Justin Spratt, an Australian entrepreneur working out of ISlabs, will talk about “overall trends” in the digital marketing sphere. Justin will be looking at what the SA Internet landscape looks like, macro-trends and using his cunning wit to take attendees on a tour on what the Internet holds for SA in 2010.
