Some people find that their journey into this often insane world of Advertising has been haphazard. It is no mistake however that Rita was drawn to our industry - inspired by the everyday opportunities to make the impossible happen. With the blend of talent, personalities and passions under one roof, it takes a skilled artisan to extract the best from the team - from strategic through to creative. It is her own passion for her horses and how they do in show days that Rita draws a sense of balance for what she does within work hours. "The dedication to seeing something through, irrespective of the challenges and obstacles in the way is the lesson that we can learn from our four-legged friends," says Rita.
Looking back to her early days as front office support, Rita knows the journey is well-timed and looks forward to a long and successful career at Limelightsa. And the team is just as honoured to have her in our corner, as she is to be here.
