Chart-topping circulation for South Africa's biggest music magazine

Musica's customer magazine, Pulse continues to assert its position as South Africa's largest music magazine with an increased print run from 50 000 to 60 000, building on the 30 000 additional copies added to the print run late last year.
Available in all Musica, Sportscene, Original Levi and Swatch stores nationwide, Pulse is distributed direct to its target reader: the entertainment-savvy consumer. Editorially Pulse offers critical content that is engaging, entertaining and ultimately the perfect brand extension that celebrates the best in music, DVD, gaming, lifestyle and digital downloads. "We are proud to deliver the only magazine that we believe caters for all music lovers countrywide," says Colin Robb, Musica's Brand Leader.

The Pulse team, headed by Malu van Leeuwen of Musica together with The Publishing Partnership, is madly passionate about the magazine and its readers. "It's rare to find client and publisher so unified in delivering a vision - clearly it works," says Van Leeuwen.

Fresh on board is brand-new art director Stefan Labuschagne. "It is amazing to know you are reaching that many people,' says Stefan. "Pulse gives me the opportunity to experiment creatively, which makes for exciting publishing and a captivating read all round."
