Inactive customers

Targeted offers, based on the recipient's previous activities, round off these mailings and are most helpful in winning the customer back. If all attempts fail, send a mailing to say goodbye and express thanks for the past purchases. This leaves a good impression with your customer who may then return some time in the future.
