Low Fat was recently awarded the emarketing account to provide Kudu Club with an email communications system that would enable Kudu Club to effectively deliver their marketing and general communications in a dynamic and targeted manner.
Part and parcel of the account was the design of an opt-in and preference page which would enable Kudu Club subscribers to effectively control the type of content that they received.
These customer preferences would be automatically updated to the email system enabling targeted and highly customised communications to take place. For customised communication to take place each email that is delivered must correlate to the specific content or information preference that the customer selected. For example, one customer will, based on his or her content selections or preferences, receive an email containing sport and news; whilst another will receive an email containing sport, programme information and news. This highly customer-oriented service is provided by Low Fat's "Dynamic Content" system.
The account also entails the development of an emarketing plan and strategy, handling the acquisition and retention of customers.
