1st for Women maintains pink presence on the roads

Following on from the success of its inaugural bright pink branded cab campaign, 1st for Women Insurance has recently re-launched its popular mobile media campaign to feature an all-new look for South Africa's most identifiable insurance vehicles.
Conceptualised by vehicle branding specialist, Graffiti, the five branded Mini Cabs form part of the popular "Cabs for Women" taxi operation which is owned and operated 100% by women in an attempt to provide a safe, reliable taxi service for women.

Whilst still enveloped entirely in the recognisable 1st for Women pink, each vehicle is emblazoned with an impressive city skyline and features the line "Women Who Are Going Places" along with the 1st for Women logo and contact details.

Comments Robyn Farrell, Managing Director of 1st for Women Insurance, "The success of our initial branded Mini Cab campaign has gone beyond our expectations - the pink cabs really have become synonymous with the 1st for Women brand. Therefore, it makes perfect sense for us to maintain that presence on the road whilst updating our look to remain fresh and impactful."

In addition to the "Cabs for Women" vehicles, Graffiti has over the last three years also branded 14 320i BMW's as part of 1st for Women's "Guardian Angel" project - a breakdown assistance initiative designed to assist and 'guard' woman motorists if they have a mechanical breakdown, a flat battery or flat tyre in a dangerous place.

Graffiti Director, Natalie Cloete says, "1st for Women have really taken ownership of their pink presence on the road by capitalising on the recognisability of the bold pink colour of the brand through both the Mini Cabs and the Guardian Angels. With this type of brand, the possibilities really are limitless."
