Guests were treated to a series of sumptuous dinners. The Grand in Granger Bay hosted a casual yet stylish beach-side dinner on 09 March 2011. Mojitos and sparkling wine, served on the beach, preceded a lavish "Grand Feast". La Colombe at the Constantia Uitsig Wine Estate set the tone for an elegant dinner on 10 March 2011. Guests were transferred to the famous restaurant in classic, vintage cars and on Harley Davidson motorcycles. Guests mingled and sprawled onto the Uitsig lawn as the sun set over the cricket pitch. Roy Bennet featured as the guest speaker and concluded the evening with an informative and inspirational speech.
The Mount Nelson bid delegates farewell with cocktails and snacks. ECHO is glad to have hosted an enlightening conference, perfectly complemented by exciting and relaxing activities. The Senate continues to provide unique networking opportunities for all those attending.
