ECHO for Children Foundation annual fundraiser a great achievement

28th October 2010 on the Rooftop of the Grand Daddy
ECHO for Children Foundation annual fundraiser a great achievement - ECHO Events and Conferences
Miraculously the weather cleared and the rooftop of the Grand Daddy was the perfect setting for this special occasion. This year the emphasis was on creating a casual, fantastical atmosphere with a charitable cause for all involved.

A beautiful performance from Carol Thirst blended with the mingling guests who all secretly hoped to win one of the many generous prizes later on that night. If one was not careful, Jacque the roaming magician was sure to make your watch disappear; others could be found lined up outside one of the trailers' waiting for their fortunes to be read. Some guests were just happy to lounge around and enjoy the moorish fish and chips in a cone, stir fry in boxes and prega rolls - yum! Furthermore a rocking performance from Goodluck ensured boogie beats and reminder of the word "fun".

The evening successfully raised a study fund for a 16-year-old boy, Rudwaan Myburg, to continue his education and assisting Bulelani Creche to apply for government funding.

For by giving back we can manage to change one life and generations and so ECHO for Children Foundation would like to thank all sponsors and guests for their support in this vision.

We look forward to welcoming you again next year.
