The first one-day “Talk Talk All Hands Conference” took place in Gauteng at The Forum in Bryanston and was attended by employees from Merchants call centre (call centre based in Gauteng servicing Talk Talk customers). International speakers from CPW in the UK led the presentation, taking the format of a morning and an afternoon session. A two-day seminar followed in Cape Town at the Southern Sun Newlands and was attended by the Etelecare Call Centre (call centre based in Cape Town servicing Talk Talk customers). All in all the seminars proved to be extremely well received and informative.
