True to form, Echo organised a stylishly fitting cocktail and information session event.
Simple décor consisted of occasional glass and chrome cocktail tables complemented by a combination of suspended green orchids, giant delicious monsters and white antheriums in conical shaped glass vases.
On the menu - cocktail size oysters, shucked and served with a rice wine, ginger and mirin dip, North African lamb souvlaki with tatsiki gremalata and mini pita chips and ginger and lime prawns to name but a few. Sparkling wine on arrival followed by a full bar service was provided by Thirst Bar Services.
The evening concluded with a lucky draw presentation, where one of the invited brokers, Johannes Beukesone, won R5,000.00 in cash.
