The Canderel campaign was based on a national SMS and e-viral competition where consumers had to SMS the words “Canderel Coffee Culture” and a unique code for each restaurant to stand a chance to win a trip to Italy for four. The unique code used for individual sites allowed for the responses to be monitored supplying useful data relating to regions, restaurant groups and individual sites.
