Stonewall goes outdoors with Bols Brandy

Stonewall Production's debut project with CRM brand strategists, iKineo, involved launching the first ever Bols Brandy Web presence on behalf of RGBC. Eye-catching creativity, an absolute feast of content and some innovative tools work together to form what will surely become a genuine focal point for fishing enthusiasts, outdoor junkies and 4 x 4 types alike.
The online interface plays a key role in the development of the customer engagement program, developed and implemented by iKineo. This program forms the basis for an overall brand-to-community retention and acquisition strategy.

The outdoor theme is introduced by way of striking visuals of Southern African landscapes. Home Page navigation comes in the form of a South African map, whereby different locations represent the various content sections, which when clicked on, take the user to a chosen section of the site.

A unique calendar screensaver is available for download off the website. It displays the latest Bols Brandy events, coupled with other relevant calendar dates eg. Currie Cup Final, Crayfish Season Period etc. The Bols Brandy team add new events on an ongoing basis. To update the calendar, users simply click on a 'Live Update' button on their screensaver for an update. Events are then automatically populated directly into the personal calendar. Each month features a photograph of a stunning remote South African destination.

The site provides a host of trigger points for various customer interactions. These are supported by Email and SMS messaging with information feeding back to a centralised database to augment the overall CRM program.
