Your Baby Show is the Exhibition of the Year 2007 in the category ‘Consumer 6 000m² - 12 000 m²'! Your Baby Show Durban and Your Baby Show Johannesburg were two of the three finalists in this category at the Exhibition Association of South Africa (EXSA) awards held last Thursday at the Sandton Convention Centre, and Exposure Marketing and Communication was awarded the prestigious title for its exceptional Your Baby Show exhibition held in Durban at the ICC in August this year.

In only three years, Your Baby Show has proven itself to be the leader in the consumer baby and parenting sector and its success as a marketing and communication tool has been reinforced with the awarding of this coveted title. The Durban show which was held at the ICC from 31 August – 2 September, received a standing ovation from visitors and exhibitors alike, a total of 20677 visitors (official audited figures) were counted through the doors and record sales were documented by our exhibitors throughout the three-days of the exhibition.
“The Johannesburg show was equally impressive, with official figures of 27 114 total visitors for the Johannesburg show. 2007 certainly proved to be a year of innovation for Your Baby Show. Not only were visitors (young and old) once again treated to daily shows performed by the world's best loved dinosaur, Barney™ sponsored by Baby City, but the exhibition also made history by setting the world's first Guinness World Record™ for the Largest Gathering of Pregnant Women under one roof. This successful world record attempt, sponsored by Pampers and Your Pregnancy magazine attracted an official figure of 1 146 pregnant women to the exhibition where they were treated to the largest baby shower in history.
