The ad features a small business owner who, like his trusted bakkie, is capable of multi-tasking to get the job done. The agency enlisted Jason Fialkov from Egg Films with the task of translating the concept into an entertaining ad which also showcased the K2700's new five-year warranty.
The ad was conceptualised by creative directors PJ Kensley and Roger Paulse who said, "A lot of things could have gone wrong with this job. Casting, location, performance and, of course, timing was crucial. But it turned out to be the smoothest shoot imaginable, entirely due to the safe hands of Jason, and the guys with the iphones behind him." Click here to view the ad.
