To be successful, you need to look successful. Complete with French chandeliers and decadent Clover products on display, Clover not only attracted thousands of curious onlookers to its stand, but proved to the world that it leads by example as one of the main sponsors of this world-class event.
No show is complete without the colourful Nataniël present. Nataniël, brought to the show by Clover, once again did not disappoint and entertained and educated visitors at “Die Kookpot” with his culinary magic – using only top quality Clover products.

The Qualité Award is a symbol of outstanding quality for dairy products and is only awarded to South African Dairy Champions who have obtained a specific minimum point on the international scorecard. Cheeses honoured with the coveted Qualité Award are marked with the Qualité mark, which enables consumers to easily identify these products on the shelves.
The Dairy Championships first class winners were:
Round Gouda - maximum age: two months
Rindless Gouda
Pizza Mozzarella
Halloumi
Mascarpone
Fat Free Flavoured Yoghurt
Clover also took three second prizes with their: Mild Cheddar; Full Fat Cheese Spread and Mature Cheddar (matured 6 to 9 months). Clover won six third prizes with their: Extra Matured Cheddar (10 to 18 months); Rocky Ridge Special Reserve 1906; Mild Cheddar; Low Fat Cottage Cheese; Creamed Cottage Cheese; Extra Hard Cheese with Pecorino and Fat Free Fruit Yoghurt.
“Even though festivals and championships are great publicity vehicles, dairy manufacturers need to bear in mind that a more discerning consumer these days is demanding a bigger variety and excellent quality – a reality Clover is well aware of, and one that demands its constant attention,” says Denise Meadon from Clover.
