During the month of October 2011, the DMMA and Effective Measure performed a joint research project into South African e-commerce trends. The response was positive, with 1001 respondents who were sourced from a survey that ran across over 400 websites. The survey asked five key questions relating to the use of the Internet as a research resource for both online and in-store purchases.
