Victor has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in the field of corporate communication and reputation management. Widely regarded as an industry leader, he is regularly asked to advise some of South Africa’s captains of industry on how to enhance their communication strategies. Victor graduated cum laude at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermaritzburg, where he obtained an honours degree in English Literature. He has hosted the literary show on SAfm and chaired the Sunday Times Literary Awards. He is generally renowned as an expert in the field of social media and lectures regularly on marketing.
Zimbabwean-born Dale is a graduate of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermaritzburg and the founder of Chillibush.
Dale was a finalist in Businesswoman of the Year (2002) and the Gauteng Businesswoman of the Year in 2008. She was also a finalist in the Top Women Business and Government Awards 2009 and the Ernst & Young Global Emerging Entrepreneur award in 2007. In 2010 she launched her bestselling marketing book “From Witblits to Vuvuzelas - Marketing in the New South Africa”. She is a regular lecturer at tertiary institutions on Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
Felix has spent more than 30 years in the South African advertising and design industry as a change agent and creative strategist. He has created and produced an extensive portfolio of advertising campaigns and designs for leading local and international clients, brands and companies. His portfolio includes Investment and Retail Banking, Automotive, Mining, FMCG, Corporate, Fashion, Hospitality, Lifestyle and Digital Gateways. Felix has extensive international experience and has received numerous international awards for his creativity. He is a part-time lecturer at the AAA School of Advertising.

Pearl’s passion for advertising started in her 3rd year at UCT, where she completed her BA in English and Political Science. She then went on to do a Post-Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Marketing with AAA before embarking on her career. She has vast advertising and communication experience across government, FMCG and corporate sectors.

After graduating at Wits with a BADA (Hons) degree specialising in communications, Tamaryn gained international experience working in London, Brussels and New York for General Electric. On her return to SA she spent time at Ogilvy PR before founding, building and selling a communications consultancy that specialises in CSR and sustainability communications. Tamaryn brings a strong skill-set in marketing communications to the Chillibush team. She has a proven record in strategic planning, as well as managing integration of the marketing mix to provide comprehensive communications delivery. Her particular expertise lies in the areas of corporate communications, brand communications, corporate social responsibility, development and sponsorship.
Creative Director: Below-the-Line
Melinda has over 20 years’ experience in the design industry that includes strategic branding and design for clients such as Coca-Cola, the SA Post Office, the IDC, Eskom, Bavaria Breweries, The Blue Train and Total South Africa. Her expertise includes corporate communications, identity design, POS, billboard and below-the-line advertising. Melinda’s versatility and conceptual thinking will benefit the bottom line of any business.
Natalie has worked on all aspects of advertising – from initial concept to production over the past 20 years.She has a strong leadership background and is currently managing the creative studio, ensuring the highest possible level of efficiency. Natalie’s Operational Management duties include handling challenges within the organisation quickly by efficiently managing all processes and functions that relate to the advertising and design divisions within Chillibush.
Roselyn holds her MBA and has been in finance for the past 23 years – thirteen of those within the advertising industry. A stickler for detail, Roselyn applies a rigorous approach to ensuring all aspects of the financial process at Chillibush run smoothly. Her financial management experience involves cash flow, monthly management accounts supervision and management of accounting staff.
