94.5 Kfm has made concerted effort to build multiple digital platforms with its listeners. 94.5 Kfm's Klub VIP has delivered hundreds of unique experiences for listeners whilst building an extensive database of listener behaviour patterns. The station has embraced social media platforms and actively uses them to stay in contact with their listener base. A big part of this has been developing their capacity to deliver multi-media content which has become an increasing part of the content offered to listeners.

94.5 Kfm targets listeners in the 25 to 49 age group living in the Western Cape and in the upper income brackets. 94.5 Kfm's reception area includes the metropolitan area of Cape Town and towns such as Mossel Bay, George, Knysna, Hermanus, Caledon, Worcester, Malmesbury, Saldanha and Beaufort West. Our reception area includes the West Coast as far as Alexander Bay and parts of the Northern Cape.
