With nearly ten years of marketing research experience on the supplier side of the business, Ivan joins the board as an Executive Director, responsible for new business development for the company.

Refiloe Mataboge
Since completing her BA (Hons) in Sociology at the University of Natal, Refiloe has had experience in the advertising industry and received her formal research training at RS many years ago. Thereafter, she headed her own marketing research agency. Refiloe has rejoined RS as an Executive Director and will be responsible for new business development, both in the public and private sectors, as well as the management of specific projects.

Sonja Sebotsa
Sonja is a director of WDB Investment Holdings, Adcorp, Paracon, FirstRand Limited and Makalani (amongst others). Sonja joins the board of RS as a non-Executive Director and brings independence and a wealth of experience to the company.
