Marcelo Mosse to edit Mediafax

Marcelo Mosse has been appointed editor of the daily newsheet Mediafax, Mozambique's oldest independent publication. He will be replacing Lourenco Jossias who has left to become editor of the new weekly newspaper Zambeze.

Mosse previously edited Metical and was also the Maputo correspondent for the Portuguese publications "Publico" and "Expresso", and for Radio France Internacional. He was also hired as a researcher for the Institute for Security Studies of South Africa, investigating organised crime, corruption and money-laundering.
