Contrived and directed with a ham fist

Oh good grief, we have seen this a thousand times before. Was it directed by someone fresh out of film school, because my Mum could have done a better job of getting a performance out of the cast. Not the usual high standard we have come to expect from KFC.30 Jun 2009 12:28

Graceless

What a graceless reaction from the girl who gets a (presumably) free lunch from the nervous guy. Why do local directors - and agencies & clients - think this sort of reaction and performance is endearing? About as subtly directed as the later scene of the avocado pear being smashed, with its skin still on. Yuck.6 Jul 2009 14:32

KFC- Out of the box!  by  Widaad Daya

Though known for my dry sense of humour (which in this case shows the contrary) the KFC ad is definately entertaining! The first time I saw it I bursed into incredible laughter.

When he said: "I love you" and aftwards got rejected, the look on his face was hilarous!
