We have set up a brand new management committee at the club, comprising of young members with the desire to rebuild club rugby. In recent events the Silver Valke Rugby Club has shown its merit by Winning the Annual Flya Tournament by beating the top clubs in the BBRU Carlton B division, members of our club also travelled down to Uvongo to represent us at the Annual Nashua South Coast Sevens Tournament where they won the Bowl Final.
In addition to the new management at the club we have 9 top club rugby coaches, team managers and support staff to ensure that only the best rugby comes out of the club.
However without financial aid, we are facing hard times and cannot provide the necessary kit and proper facilities which these young stars deserve. The club is 100% self funded with no support from local government or the BBRU and we rely solely on the generosity of our community to rebuild this pillar and great sports institution.
We call on anyone willing to assist for a sponsorship/partnership that will allow us to keep on playing the sport that we love and show the entire Carlton Rugby community that we are the best team in the league.
Below are the details concerning this year's sponsorship levels (also see attached sponsorship proposal):
- Ex-player and supporter - R1,500
- Product sponsor - R5,000. Great advertising benefits
- Bronze sponsor - R10,000 permanent advertising at the club as well as on our kit
- Silver sponsor - R25,000 Marketing through social media, permanent advertising at the club and on all our kit
- Gold (Name) sponsor - R100,000 this puts your name infront of Silver Valke and all our awards and events will be dedicated in your honoir.
These are not the only sponsorship opportunities, but merely a guideline to our tiered sponsor levels. Any and all sponsorships are welcome at the club (eg. Team t-shirts, training equipment, paint for stands and club house, maintenance for the grounds, lighting, player welfare, transport, etc.)
