Short term office space required

We are a small research company looking for temporary space, three or more months, immediately. One office is needed for a research manager to conduct testing on single respondents, another one to prep the respondents and a small area (open ok) plan is for respondents to fill out a questionnaire (two to four people at a time). Also some kind of open area where respondents can wait to be taken through the process - around four to eight people could be waiting at a time (facilities such as tea/coffee etc are not necessary but nice to have) access to toilets a must. Interested in Bryanston, Sandton, Rosebank, anything near main arterial routes as our respondents make use of taxi's buses, etc. Furniture not necessary for office where testing takes place.
