High Life, the much applauded inflight magazine of British Airways, is getting a localised edition for BA-operated Comair. The new magazine replaces Horizons - Comair's previous inflight title, published by Media24. The contract was awarded to Omnicom-owned content marketing firm Cedar Communications UK and the first edition appeared 1 April 2012.

In the May 2011 issue of CAR magazine, a new type of advertising was introduced - augmented-reality print advertising. The advert in question was a double-page spread, advertising a Mercedes CL63 AMG. It combined print with online content in a novel way. Acentric conducted an ad test with 79 members of the Acentric online panel, in order to examine the adverts performance.

It is tempting to think that using Facebook will land you in prison, especially with all the media attention on the Duane Brady case in the Kliptown Magistrates Court. The simple truth is that sticking to a few simple rules should help you avoid that unpleasant experience of receiving a strongly worded letter from an attorney or, worse, an unwelcome visit from an unsympathetic police officer keen on dragging you off to a holding cell for the weekend.

In 2005, at the age of 21, Tasmin Simón launched Cheeky magazine, an independent aspirational youth publication targeted at 14 - 21 year-old girls and young women.
