Oh Boy!
Higher profit pressure faces state-owned enterprises
Sell the darn state owned enterprises.
1) Collect all the proceeds of the sale and plough the money into bringing down the debt of the country; and
2) collect taxes every year from the profits...without doing anything!!

July price increases add to debt burden
Doesn't deflation also potentially hurt lenders, by increasing the numbers of loan defaults? If demand drops, then businesses make less money, and may not be able to pay their loans. If business is bad, then people lose their jobs, and can't pay their loans. Or wages end up dropping, making it difficult for even those who still have jobs to service their debt.

101.9 ChaiFM goes out of this world with new competition
Please elaborate on the "exclusive" launch of this competition. In general, I'm uncomfortable with everything hyperbolic about this article - especially on an industry website. This competition is online - it's not a "radio competition" in any real sense; and the main prize is open to global entry - with specific support and prizes in 25 countries. The national prize for SA doesn't even require any knowledge of the existence of ChaiFM. So what's the "exclusive" link? Are they the only radio marketing partner?? I expect a higher degree of accuracy and industry-relevant information on BizCommunity.

Three candidates on shortlist to take over top job at SABC
So, if we know that Hlaudi whathisface is, as you say, calling the shots and Hlaudi has lied about his qualifications then why isn't said Hlaudi being prosecuted for PERJURY on his job application and removed, as in FIRED from his so-called job?
Hlaudi's job by the way is nothing more than pushing the His Master's Voice propaganda for the ANC and Jacob Zuma, all of the above, including his eye watering salary being funded by the taxpayer.
In a normal democracy he would have been on the job- seeking list loooong ago but in Azania he still pulling down about R2.5m a year! Bloody DISGRACEFUL all round.

How Mr Price got it right
Bloggers have a lot of incluence if they've racked up enough viewers on their individual sites. And it becomes even more important to ensure that you've got the right person for the job, especially when these bloggers can be considered independent media sources. But it's a good idea to put some of the older methods into storage and explore the newer means of getting advertising for your brand out - at least for the younger generations...

Cheap car insurance... Can King Price win this war?
Now that sounds like realistic and good news for all the vehicle owners out there! I think that car insurance prices really should decrease as the car gets older - it really does make sense to decrease the cost of insuring a car whose value is just going to keep dropping and it's a much better idea than having to keep the car in storage when you realise that the cost of insuring yourself just isn't worth it anymore!

Carbon offset mechanism can be aligned with carbon budgeting approach
When will you all realize the hoax behind climate change being blamed on carbon emmissions? It's the SUN that causes climate change, investigate sun spots and solar flares.

A solution to Vitamin A deficiency prevalent amongst children in sub-Saharan Africa
This is very good and excellently shown how can the shortage of vitamin A be mitigated, but I hate!!!! this kind of studies because they create a bad image about Sub-Saharan and continent as whole. They better stop of perpetuating the tendency of poor and chose better thing to research about.

New app for 1st for Women Insurance identifies top seven needs
The service seams to be good and useful, but I am quite surprise why it is only for women. The other example of good online service for everyone is SameDayLoansPayday that helps people solve their monetary problems. It is made in such way that the client needs only to fill in the application form and confirm the solvency. No faxes and credit histories are not demanded. The money is transmitted directly on bank account within 24 hours after the approval of application.

NEWSWATCH: Too bold or not bald enough?
Photoshop already has a bad name for it's false representation of beauty, let's not discredit it further through false gestures and representations of human suffering. Let's try living in the real world for a change.

UK internet trolls may be jailed for two years
It sounds reasonable: a person acting in a manner that can cause physical harm or serious mental distress for somebody else, should be dealt with harshly.

What better place to discuss social media law than in a Twitter live chat?
Especially with your typical social media user who can scarcely read, let alone understand, the accent on accuracy needs to be paramount.
