what is happening with Truelove Magazine
I also noticed that their materials today as well as printing layout are not that good, it seems something is going on within the management. If they want to revive their consumers interest they must do quality jobs and proper funding perhaps, and of course their printing should be unique and quality, they can try http://www.digiteksf.com/products/ for absolute result.

Market-related salaries for graphic designers in Witbank
Try at monsterjobs.com they offers good salary and benefits for graphic designs and most of the company or the employer are just close to your location. That was confirmed by Julie, my friend that works as printing consultant at this site DigitekSF, you can see portfolios at http://www.digiteksf.com/vinyl-banners/.

SMS service for pregnant women
Great initiative however government has to ensure all the logistical aspects are well managed, the roll out is effectively implemented and clinches rectified immediately. It is common in numerous initiatives were lack of effective management and poor monitoring and control procedures resulting in poor service delivery, care and resources have resulted in a lack of confidence and trust. Poor service has to be treated with high priority. Apart from pregnant moms, all moms or caregivers with young children should be aided in child health and well being thus reducing mortality and morbidity rates. Mobile clinics and clinics in outer-lying areas have to be trained and equipped as well.

Traditional approach to transport planning hampers industry
When dealing in any business transaction, it is always crucial to have a step by step approach. From traditional methods to any other new and advanced measures, gradual movements are important before achieving any eventual results as initially planned by the entire team of management members. Transport solutions should have distinct features that can be sorted out by primary and secondary terms and each individual segment should consist of many factors like fuel consumption, travel time, storage compartments and many others. It is a huge infrastructure that requires careful planning before any positive results can be accomplished.

Cargo Carriers' subsidiary provides increased penetration
It is definitely a cost effective strategy to ensure that no truck returns with an empty storage container. A simple movement would mean the company could save a lot of costs in the long run even if each trip only means a small amount of money on its own. However, after adding up together the total costs in the long run, it would be a great deal and a definite cost effective measure for the business. That is why more of such simple improvising measures should be made into a regular process.

Grovel, grovel, Telkom's in trouble
Excellent piece of reporting and splendidly written to boot. Let's waif for the annual report and find out what Telkom paid Schindehütte. Then we'll know the gravity of the secret he carries if not the secret itself. Perhaps he and the financial controls he applied were just to much to bear. After all the CFO is the ultimate custodian of governance......and he was "just in the way".

KFC menu boards go digital across South Africa
This is very impressive. Must be a very challenging project to direct and manage...It seems to me to be the way to go - to have centralized content management.

AAD2014 takes to Tshwane skies
It gives me such great pleasure to see this event grow to this magnitude , and also being in the Aerospace and defense industry myself , I concur with what Michelle has already said about the continuous growth and expansion of local companies within the aerospace industry, the development is visible yet slow and with events such as the AAD can also aid with the eccelerate of development and investment .

I am a marketing and communication assistant in one of the 3 government initiatives- the Centurion Aerospace Village .

Now the Centurion Aerospace Village (CAV) is an initiative of the Department of Trade and Industry (the dti) to develop a High-Tech Advanced Manufacturing, Aero-Mechanical and Defense Cluster adjacent to the Waterkloof Air force base in Centurion, Tshwane, Gauteng Province.
The CAV was established as a result of the Aerospace Industry Support Initiative (AISI) Supply Chain development programme and is aimed at integrating sub-tier suppliers of the local aerospace and defense industry into the global supply chain. This is done by bringing suppliers in close proximity to one another and to locate them next to tier 1 supplier companies and CAV anchor partners.

The local (national) aerospace and defence Industry will benefit from the development of the CAV that will contribute to the industry remaining internationally competitive. Local OEM representatives; OEM suppliers of components, parts and tools, as well as service providers will likewise benefit from synergistic and economy of balanced applications. Other relevant industries and sectors will directly or indirectly benefit from the establishment of the CAV. SMMEs in the relevant sectors will likewise benefit from numerous opportunities that will be identified for further development.

The Centurion Aerospace Village (CAV) is the developer and operator of the cluster and is responsible for infrastructure and tenant facility development:
• CAV Landside houses industry sub-tier suppliers who do not require runway access that specifically conduct design and manufacturing operations
• CAV Airside houses industry sub-tier suppliers who require runway access that specifically do upgrades, aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and aircraft refurbishments
The CAV is implemented in phases by the application of sourced funding. The planning, development and operations of the CAV as an Aerospace and Defense Supplier Park will be:
• Generally directed towards BBBEE and Human Resource Development;
• Focused on the encouragement of new small and medium(SMME) sized entrants;
• Contributing to skills development; and
• Directed towards innovation, technology development and support for associated infrastructure development.

CAV has always been part of the AAD show , this event is one of the key event within the industry that brings , key industry players and stakeholders , investors , buyers , sellers , but ordinary people who are fascinated with everything that has to do with aeroplanes , military /security intelligence and weapons.

I would encourage everyone to come join us on the 20th and the 21st of september for the air-show , R10 discount on prepaid tickets , R70 Adults and R60 for pensions and kids under 12.

Its a date , see you there !

Regards
Fezile

Attempt to bridge racial divisions at tertiary institutions
Oh quite right True Patriot. Take away all the racist legislation, and I mean ALL of it, and then gradually an utter disappearance of the past attitudes will die out generationally (sorry about that non-word). But until then, forget it.

No execution without court intervention
Thank you for your candid report. I am dealing with a similar situation where the defaulter is in arrears with a rather large amount of maintenance for his children. He himself is a practicing attorney. For 15 years he has refused to adhere to a High Court Maintenance Order, ignored various other orders compelling him to produce financials etc - simply refuses to pay; has no contact with the children, and desires none "out of sight out of mind". But as long as he can hang on to the new E Class Mercedes he is quite "the man". The most recent Writ of Execution against Movable property saw him denying his identity to the sheriff (although he uses the sheriff's courts for his own work #makesOneWonder) the sheriff failing to attach even a small percentage of the debt owed, due to the fact that the debtor had been tipped off, and said sheriff arrived during the "move". We now approach the High Court for a warrant of attachment against immovable property in terms of the High Court Maintenance Order and hope that this will be a little more "user-friendly" - and hopefully less expensive.

A tax of 20% mooted for sugary drinks
This is misguided. I'm all for a leaner society, but this will have as much effect on consumer behaviour as excise on tobacco. That is to say, none.

Those tasked with the survey wanted to deliver a cautiously encouraging result to those that sponsored it, but people will get fat in other ways. Corn curls and indolence for a start.

Attach a levy on health insurance premiums, airplane tickets. Get direct about it. Don't, as usual, tax those who shouldn't be affected by it.

This just a way to burden society with more tax (by pretending the government cares), create needless jobs to collect it all and monitor it, and set up committee upon committee to kick out data that just isn't true.

Heck. if the government was so concerned about it, then they would set up disqualifiers for employing civil servants with excessive BMI levels.

But they are not going to set the example and take away the sugar from where their mouths are, are they?
