Job description: Serve as a student registrar, assistant and administrator to the Vega Orbit Navigator and the Photography Lecturers. Responsible for administrative duties, providing basic photography assistance to prospective students and manage enrollments. Key Performance Areas: Ensure that customer inquiries are handled in an efficient, informed, responsive and customer-friendly manner. Provide efficient and organized daily administrative support. Administrative duties include: keep up to date records, process student enrollments, payments, database, certification and filing system. Photography duties include: assist lecturers with practical classes and outings, providing advice on the courses and equipment requirements.

Requirements Good organizational skills. Analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail essential. Fluency in at least 2 languages an advantage.
