Learning Systems Designer - Interstasis (AFDA)

Interstasis is an affiliate company of the AFDA School of Motion Picture Medium and Live Performance. We are dedicated to developing and redefining the tertiary filmmaking training landscape in South Africa. We operate on a team-based, outcomes-driven approach to curriculum development and packaging.

The successful applicant for this position would be required to:
- assist the Interstasis team with the creation and dissemination of lectures including media.
- assist the Interstasis team with the delivery of lecture material to both the AFDA JHB and AFDA CPT campuses.

Requirements
Masters degree in Education/Research/English
Must have a passion for education
Must have excellent English language skills, including spelling and grammar
Must enjoy academic research (lots of reading!)
Must have excellent knowledge of computer systems and POWERPOINT
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Advantageous
Familiarity with DVD/media software
Knowledge of and passion for film, television and associated media
Practical experience in the development of training material (textbooks, course packs, presentations etc)
