The key focus of this role is to train, coach and develop staff in the field (stores) to ensure service delivery standards and to provide communication channels for new promotions, new products and initiatives. You will need to understand customer and competitor activity, assess the competencies of sales staff and assist in motivating teams to achieve targets. You will develop strong relationships with store management and co-ordinate brand training. You will be responsible for delivering the sales plan to ensure efficient and cost effective communication with stores.
Requirements include: 3-5 years experience in retail and a proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team Relevant diploma or training in sales management Strong understanding of the factors affecting customer loyalty Computer literacy essential, as is a Code 08 driver's licence Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
