The main purpose of the role is to optimise selling opportunities across existing and new business formats to deliver business profits.
Responsibilities include: Providing input into the strategy and operating plans and ensuring that these are translated into seasonal trading activities Collaborate with management teams to deliver the operating plans Maximising sales through layout, event and promotional management principles Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders in the business including store management Lead, influence and manage communication between stores and head office to maximise trading densities Ensure that brands/products are presented to customers in line with group strategy Drive and influence strategic initiatives thorugh the buying teams Work with real estate development team to develop store layout plans for existing, new and refurbished stores.
You will need: Relevant business diploma or degree Store/retail experience and knowledge of store operations Sales management experience Excellent communication skills Strategic ability High level of business acumen Planning and organising
