Content Manager  

Purpose of the Job
To lead the Content Team in development, execution and management of the Company's end to end content strategy in line with the company's overall business plan.

Key Performance Objectives
1. Develop and maintain a differentiated content strategy that will give the Company a competitive edge
2. To lead the Content Team in fulfilling business expectations via a forward thinking creative platform
3. To lead the Content Team in developing and maintaining efficient content management processes
4. Acquire and maintain relationships with external parties resulting in the attainment and reporting on up-to-date and high quality content
5. To represent the Company on all content levels, internally and externally raising industry and market perceptions of the business

Success Measures
Increase revenue, positive industry and market perception of the business via the following:
- Increase quality content output
- Increase content providers
- Increase in on-sell of content to international OPCO's
- Increase in market share
