Responsibilties include: Helping customers analyse and solve technical ink and other print related problems. Initiating and implementing a full sales cycle. Attend to new and existing clients. Manage Sales Rep and develop team. Ensure meaningful margins. Set and maintain realistic sales targets. Sales reports.
Requirements Ideally have completed an apprenticeship and grown through the ranks from shop floor to management in a printing works environment.
Personal Skills/Attributes Unquestionable strength of character and interpersonal skills. Innate leadership and entrepreneurial skills capable of growing market segments.
