A well-established tourism company requires the skills of a reception to join their team.

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Computer literate and be able to work on systems
  • Answering calls and transfer calls to requested departments
  • Stationery stock purchase and control
  • Ensure that the front entrance of the office is neat and tidy at all times
  • Ensure that packages are sent to different company premises
  • Filing as requested
  • Must have experience in tourism
  • Must have experience in a game lodge/ hotel environment
  • Must have two to three years of experience in a similar role
  • Must have own transport
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Presentable and well groomed
  • Well spoken and excellent communication skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Team worker
