Job description

On behalf of our client a leading corporate in the IT Services industry, we require the skills and services of a product training manager.

Your exp will include but not be limited to:
  • Conduct technical product sales training with retailer personnel including ‘customer ready’ training.
  • The Technical Product Trainer will develop and deliver programs to train employees, customers (end users)
  • Highly developed technical understanding and problem solving skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical processes in an understandable way 
  • Excellent presentation skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English language 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point) 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop credibility with customers and exceptionally strong customer service mindset 
  • Able to work in a team and manage projects and stay focused on results by managing timelines, cost and major deliverables 
  • Ability to prioritize and plan activities, use time efficiently and complete administrative tasks correctly and on time
  • Develop & Deliver high-impact training to customer virtually and in-person.
  • Be able to create engaging technical training and be able to take technical concepts and make them easily understandable, digestible, and relatable.
  • The ability to train 1:1, large group and large scale productions.
Previous exp of five to eight years is essential in either the retail / IT or FMCG space.


  • This role includes, but is not limited to previous exp that involves:
  • Determining training needs and requirements for an organisation or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys
  • Review existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance
  • Modify or create course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
  • Present in-person and online training sessions 
  • Scheduling training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment etc..
  • Monitor training programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary
  • Work with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments and or customers
  • Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods
