• Analysis and formulation of strategic observations on customer-provided data sets such as customer demographics and transaction behavior • Financial modeling of complex customer programs, forming the base of the strategy and design of customer programs • Developing budgets relevant to Financial Models • Return on investment (ROI) calculations of customer programs • Continuous back testing of implemented programs against financial model and ROI assumptions to provide ongoing strategic management of customer programs • Data extraction and quantitative analysis and reporting to clients on existing client programs • Completion of analytical requests by the company for external and/or internal use • Projects - work on key strategic projects from time to time, with senior management responsibility for ownership and completion.
