The successful candidates' primary responsibilities in brief will be: • Define sales targets per sector / per product / per sales resource • Recruits and trains sales team • Ensure that products are updated and competitive in terms of functionality and price • Training of staff on products • Assist with proposals and presentations • Manages sales budget • Checks and approves commission payments • Management of team in terms of annual/sick leave, performance management etc.
Requirements Requirements • Suitable tertiary qualification - preferably a Commercial Degree • Minimum five years sales and management experience • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Ability to plan and organise a team • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Customer focused with the excellent selling skills • Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage staff members and build a strong team • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively • Outstanding presentation skills • Excellent command of spoken and written English • Ability to create and execute a strategy • Prepared to travel if necessary
