Client Services Consultant - Rocketseed

A world-class email marketing software house is urgently looking for a polished client services consultant to join our organization.

Key Performance Criteria:
1. Product Support - manage client support queries quickly and efficiently by attending to priority calls.
2. Account management - communicate with clients regularly to ensure that all needs are met and help them use the product to its full potential. Will also be required to attend client meetings to help formulate future email based marketing campaigns.
3. Training - will be required to train clients on product to ensure that they are as self sufficient as possible.

Requirements
1. Matric qualification.
2. Computer literacy
3. Own transportation essential
Advantageous
Some design/html experience would be advantageous but not essential

1. Excellent telephone etiquette
2. Excellent interpersonal skills
3. High attention to detail and well organized
4. Good organizational / time management skills.
5. A team player, capable of using own initiative
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
