Web Developer +PHP

looking for a young qualified web developer with high skills in php, mysql, flash, database design and implementation.
You will need to design the structure and build the entire website.
The concept is new to Africa, though it is running in other countries.
Graphic designing skills are not required.
Salary is negotiable, based on experience.
The qualified person will need to have the following skills.
1. Strong database developing knowledge.
2. High level of php developing.
3. Highly motivated and an open mind.
4. Willing to work extra hours.
