The key elements of your job are:
  • Monitoring, managing and driving project management and delivery of existing partnerships and campaigns throughout the year (weekly partner checks in Insightly)
  • Manage and maintain the partner base of
  • Build strong partner relationships
  • Service and assist the partners' needs and queries
  • Attend all partner meetings together with sales executives
  • Gather as much detailed editorial information as possible from partner
  • Capture partner wishes and delivery agreements and ensure that they are that they are adhered to
  • Make sure that the necessary paperwork comes in on time (signed debit orders, contracts and proof of payments)
  • Create partner briefs and get them signed off by relevant sales executive
  • Update and maintain client sheet overview in Google docs
  • Create, update and maintain partners in the CRM system (Insightly)
  • Brief editorial team about expected partner delivery and any special requests
  • Monitor quality of the partner delivery throughout the year regarding content, social activations, partners boxes, newsletter inclusions etc.
  • Set up monthly excellence meetings with sales and editorial team and present what goes well and where we can improve in the partner delivery
  • Put together  and manage performance reports for partners (eyeball reports)
  • Be a strong link between partner team and the editorial team to drive and confirm delivery
  • Go above and beyond the role to attend to the partner needs
  • The essential liaison and link between partner team and editorial team who will lead and drive the partner process
  • Champion and manage new projects
  • Run the giveaway process (sourcing, planning, design brief, run giveaway and after services)
  • Manage the wallpaper and mobile banner process (planning, design, delegate daily operations)


  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of five years' work experience in client services
  • Proven work experience in:
    • Project management
    • Managing a team
  • Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills:
    • Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial
    • deadline-oriented

    • solutions-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products, especially Excel, Google Docs and CRM tools
  • Strong time management skills
  • Brilliant communication skills – with partners and internal staff

  • Problem-solver
