Draw on your passion for the world of sport and sales as you drive profitability and sustainable market share growth within the assigned Key Accounts and categories. The successful candidate will develop and maintain personal relationships with key decision takers at the highest possible levels and leverage own senior management higher up; will represent the assigned accounts internally as an ‘ambassador' for all functions and manage all interfaces; will develop and propose the account strategies and formalize them by Strategic Account Plans; will sell-in and agree on sell-out support and formalize this by Account Marketing Plans and will monitor sell-out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost efficient supply for the account.
This role is suited to someone with an exceptional track record in sales. A degree in Marketing / Sales with a Key Account focus and 2-3 years' job related experience in sales management / retail management - ideally with exposure to the sporting goods industry - will reflect: proven ability to handle co-ordinative functions in a leadership capacity; a high degree of initiative with excellent relationship building, presentation and communication and negotiations skills; insight into consumer marketing, retail, a strong customer focus and a passion for the brand.
