The Workflow Process Analyst works closely with primarily our publisher clients, providing consultation and implementation services, ensuring that we fully understand their business requirements and provide them with advisory services and solutions to better streamline their business needs providing key efficiencies in order to monetize their online solutions to the fullest extent Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Director of Advertising Operations specific duties will include:
Managing new DART for Publisher (DFP) implementations and transitions from legacy ad serving systems Advanced Technical advisory for publisher client base Online training of clients Perform technical pre-assessment with client's IT personnel and assist in development of the risk assessment Coach clients throughout the implementation process Ensure that clients complete their implementations on schedule Document issues and best practices relating to specific platforms or configurations Communicate constantly with customers throughout the contract lifecycle, escalating important issues where needed Debug implementation problems, JavaScript errors, and product functionality Provide onsite or remote instrumentation services to clients Knowledge and Experience Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and how the Internet and websites work Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support Proven, strong understanding of HTML and web protocols Demonstrated programming skills (with samples) in languages such as Perl, C/C++, CGI, Java, ASP, VBScript, or PHP Strong JavaScript skills Web development experience Strong technical writing skills (writing samples helpful) Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player Bachelor's degree ERP or other software implementation experience
